Ampliando Circulos celebra 100 encuentros de networking, con planes de impactar a todo Chile
Además, se crearon 3 grupos de Whatsapp para obtener oportunidades laborales, llamados “Ampliando Pegas”, que llegaron para solucionar innumerables demandas de empleo y de contactos entre los usuarios.
Ampliando Círculos, red colaborativa de micro-ayudas más potente de Chile, celebró sus primeros 100 encuentros de networking, con la asistencia de los speakers más importantes de sus ediciones previas.
El hito de aniversario por los 100 encuentros, más masivo y con el objetivo de celebrar, señala el éxito de un ciclo de interacciones que fomentan la innovación, el intercambio de conocimientos y la creación de sinergias entre organizaciones y talentos individuales.
Para la ocasión, un destacado panel conversó sobre networking mirado desde distintos puntos de vista, para lo que contó con la presencia de Andrés Pupkin, experto en ventas en Chile, Francisco Ackermann, Influencer inmobiliario, emprendedor e inversionista y Nicole Forttes, Gerenta de Emprendimiento de Mujeres Empresarias.
Entre los principales asistentes al encuentro número 100 se puede destacar a Tomás Bercovich de Global66, Sebastián Wilson de OK to Shop, Javier Ergas de Futuregg, Tomás Ffrench Davis de Goodplayers, Kika Escobar de TheKickass Company, Mariano Delpech de Goodmeal, entre otros. Además, contó con la participación de empresas como Turingo, Sandler, Socialab, y Flamenco Digital, además de sponsors como República del Cobre, Evan Williams, Ecook, y Mallplaza.
“El encuentro 100 de Ampliando Círculos demostró la necesidad que las personas tenemos de volver a conectar cara a cara, de dejar de competir y comenzar a colaborar. Más de 120 profesionales de distintas industrias disfrutamos de un encuentro de networking de primer nivel, donde se ofrecieron mentorías, cafés, evaluación de “pitch” comerciales, entre otros espacios concretos de conexión entre los asistentes”, señaló Javier Eskenazi, CEO y fundador de Ampliando Círculos.
A partir de estos primeros 100 encuentros, Ampliando Círculos cuenta con un ambicioso plan de expansión, que incluye seguir incursionando en el mundo de las empresas, a fin de generar conexiones significativas con los diferentes públicos que asisten a los eventos. Además, aspiran a tener presencia en todas las regiones del país, con al menos un encuentro en cada una durante el año.
Ampliando Círculos se especializa en ayudar a generar una red de contactos sólida a través de la creación de encuentros presenciales entre pares improbables, con intereses personales y/o profesionales diversos.
Su propósito es ayudar a personas a crear una red de contactos más sólida en mucho menos tiempo, así como también vincular a las empresas con sus públicos internos y externos, para fomentar la participación en más encuentros de networking, y convertirse en parte de la red colaborativa de micro-ayudas más potente de Chile.
Utiliza una metodología única de interacción, promoviendo conversaciones amigables e informales, guiadas por profesionales de diversas áreas, lo que les permite desenvolverse con mayor facilidad y conectar con personas que podrían aportar a su red.
Además, colabora estrechamente con empresas, facilitando encuentros estratégicos y colaborativos entre sus equipos (“Intra-networking”) y/o con otros públicos (cautivos o por cautivar).
Durante 2023, los encuentros impactaron a más de 1.700 personas presencialmente, y desde su creación, en 2020, Ampliando Círculos ya contabiliza más de 202.500 personas impactadas. De ellas, han salido emprendimientos, mentorías, cafecitos, entre otras, acciones que configuraron 580 horas de micro-ayudas para miembros de la red.
