El ministro de Comunicaciones, Freddy Ñáñez, informó a través de Telegram que el apagón ha afectado a “varios estados del país, incluyendo la Gran Caracas”, un dato que confirmaron a través de diversas redes sociales ciudadanos de, al menos, 21 regiones de las 23 que conforman el país.
